C-technology are proud to say that Dublin charity ALONE was recently awarded the ISO9001:2008 Quality Certification. C-technology implemented ALONE’s quality management system back in October and we were always fully confident that they would be approved.
The audit took place over 2 days during which time the following key services were assessed by the auditing team:
- Long Term Housing
- Supportive and Be-friending Service
- Supports in the community
Alone CEO, Sean Moynihan, stated that “the charity was delighted to achieve certification to this internationally recognised standard as it demonstrates to our service users and the wider community that we manage our services in a professional manner and that the needs and expectations of our service users are at the heart of everything we do”.
