Recording Complaints

  • Provides an easy method of logging and tracking customer complaints, supplier issues and internal non conformances.
  • Complaints can be assigned to specific departments or individual members of staff for immediate corrective action to be taken.
  • A full corrective action history is available for all complaints logged on the system.

Investigation and Corrective Action

  • The system allows users to record all responses and actions taken as a result the problem.
  • The complaint is automatically escalated if a response has not been received within an agreed timeframe.
  • Complaints can only be closed-off by users with the relevant passwords.

Notifications and Complaints Summary

  • All open complaints are automatically communicated to the relevant staff by the Task Manager and the Executive Dashboard.
  • Full corrective action summary reports are available detailing cost and trend information.
